Beginner and Advanced Uke Workshops

Feeling stuck on the plateau? Struggling to push yourself to the next level? This workshop will provide you with a series of tips and strategies to become a better ‘ukulele player, including both right and left hand techniques.

Composing a Chord Melody, 3:30-5:30 pm
Solo arranging on the uke is a great way to boost your skill level and creativity. This class will look at a few popular melodies, such as “Amazing Grace,” and guide you through different recipes of how to play both the chords and melody at the same time. Participants should be in the advanced beginner range, i.e. – able to strum and change chords without pause in tempo. Some fingerpicking and theory knowledge is helpful, but not necessary.

$20 for each workshop, or $30 for both.
